Upminster RFC runs 5 Adult teams; 1st, 2nd and 3rd XV, Vets and a Social side, the Spitfires. We also run teams in our Youth and Mini/Midi section.

Youth, Mini & Midi teams take players from Under 6's to Colts(U19's).  These are open to both boys and girls (Girls up to U12's).

New players are welcome at all age groups, contact details can be found in the appropriate section.

First XV

Pre-Season Pre-season starts Saturday 14th July at Upminster Rugby Club (Hall Lane) at 11am (be there for 10.30). From then on Training will be every Saturday, Tuesday and Thursday. New players are welcome.
